Booking an appointment is not necessary in an emergency, however a phone call that you’re heading our way is really appreciated. We want to make sure we have team members and equipment ready for your pet if immediate intervention is required, and for less urgent conditions this is a good time for us to advise the current wait time. All cases are triaged on arrival so we can help the sickest and most serious patients first

Each patient is quickly assessed on the severity of their condition, and those with the most urgent needs are treated first.
For example, a patient struggling to breathe would be treated before a patient with a sore ear.

Yes. The consultation rate is higher on weekends and public holidays. This helps us afford our wonderful veterinary nurses that are entitled to penalty rates during these times.

We know pets don’t check the family budget before they get themselves into trouble, so we are pleased to offer third-party finance through VetPay, Humm and TLC Finance.

Yes!
We will scan for a microchip and try and reunite them with their owners as soon as possible. We will require some basic information from you about where the animal was found.

We will see injured wildlife, organise treatment and wildlife carers where indicated. -
Your pets medical history will be forwarded to your regular veterinarian so they can continue care.
Generally speaking, you will pick up your pet before we close (7am weekdays) and transport them to your regular veterinarian.
If their condition is extremely delicate, we may recommend medical transport as an alternative.
